I know I say this every year but if you want to have a successful event you need a good team. If you think its easy to have an event like this than try holding one and you will see it takes a tremendous amount of work and organization before the event even starts. Registrations forms, advertisements, gaining sponsors, permits, insurance, and purchasing prizes all needs to take place well in advance of the event. HRRS is fortunate to have two very skilled hunt masters that search all year long for the best prizes at the best prices and get the sponsors we need to have one of the best events on the east coast. Each year I get many comments on our unique and vast prize collections that they are able to bring together for this event.
What is even more amazing is due to the economy, organized hunts like this are becoming rare and very few can match the extent of prizes that are offered at our Hunt. While we would love to have events like we have had in the past with more than 70 people hunting we appreciate those that participate in our hunt and hope you had a great time.
